Our mission
SleepFactor helps you see the link between your daily habits and your sleep. We believe that by logging what you do and comparing it with your sleep data, you can spot what helps or hurts your rest—and make small changes that add up.
What we do
SleepFactor is a mobile app that lets you:
- Log habits – Track things like caffeine, exercise, screen time, and bedtime so you have a clear record of what you did each day.
- Sync sleep data – Connect your health app so we can use your existing sleep metrics. Your data stays private and under your control.
- See habit insights – View how each habit relates to your sleep over time. The app highlights which habits tend to go with better or worse sleep so you can adjust with confidence.
Who we are
SleepFactor is built by a small team focused on sleep and behaviour. We’re not a big company; we’re building a tool we’d want to use ourselves—simple, clear, and respectful of your data.
