The SleepFactor app

When you use the SleepFactor mobile app:

• Account data – If you sign up, we store the information needed to run your account (e.g. email, account identifier).
• Habit and sleep data – Data you log (habits) and sleep data synced from your device or health app are stored to provide the app’s features and insights. This data is associated with your account and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
• Health data – Sleep and related health data stay on your device or in your health app until you choose to sync. We process only what is necessary to show your sleep and habit insights.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only where required by law or with service providers that help us run the app or website (e.g. hosting, authentication), under strict confidentiality and data protection terms.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data (e.g. encryption, access controls). No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device secure.
